How do I book?
It’s simple!
Pick your date and contact us through email. (we suggest at least a month in advance to secure the date) Choose a theme!
Complete our Booking Form which will be emailed to you.
Pay the deposit and secure your sleepover under the stars!

What are your venue requirements?
Prior to us arriving please move all furniture and personal belongings from the party area.
The room should be able to provide space for tents and mattresses.
No pets or smoking near the party area.
Then leave the rest to us!
Each tent setup is about 4 feet wide by 6 feet deep. The serving tray will add an extra 18 inches to the setup, but we can move those around to accommodate. It is the responsibility of the adult hosting the party to make sure there is a safe amount of space to walk & sleep. Please contact us if you have any questions about setup in your specific space.
We encourage you to send us a photo or video of your space!
How long does it take to set up and break down the sleepover?
Your set up could take up to 2 hours and your breakdown about 1 hour.
We do it all! We will deliver, assemble, and beautifully style to perfection, your chosen theme!
We will come back the next day to pack it all up!
How long is the rental period?
Rentals are for one night. If you want to book a second night, please let us know at booking so we can provide details.
How many people per tent?
Due to safety reasons, only one guest is permitted per tent.
What are the incidental charges?
Any item that is lightly damaged or stained may be subject to a cleaning fee. Any missing or severely damaged materials may be subject to a fee equal to its replacement value.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Venmo, check or cash payment.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A deposit of $100 will be requested upon booking. The deposit will go towards your total balance and the remainder of your payment is due 1 week before your event.
Events booked with less than 2 week notice will require full payment at the time of booking.
You can also decide to pay in full at booking.
How do you sanitize?
After every event all bedding is taken to a facility to be professionally laundered after each use.
All other fabrics (tent covers and decorative pillows, hard surfaces) are spot cleaned and are treated with a natural, non-toxic, antibacterial solution.
We take pride in the cleanliness of ALL Bella Slumber Gardens items. Also, for this reason, we ask that every guest bring their own pillow/pillow case to use in their tent.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen. If you need to cancel or change your date, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your event. After that time, deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied to a future event. Change of dates will be based on the availability.
Do you have themes for boys and girls?
Yes, all themes can be used for both girls and boys.

Do you offer Sleep under parties (aka day party)?
Have the fun of a sleepover without actually sleeping. We offer day events where you enjoy the atmosphere and décor of your theme with your friends and family.
Can the tents be used outdoors?
Our tents are typically for indoors but whether permitted we do accommodate.
Can a we rent a theme to be setup in a hotel or other venue?
YES! You will need to ensure that the party room is cleared in preparation for our arrival. You will need to notify the venue to inquire about their guidelines and policies prior to booking, and also ensure that the venue provides us with loading/unloading access to the party space.
Is there a travel fee?
Travel is included within 25 miles of zip code 18707, in PA. If you live outside of our service area, please contact us to inquire about a travel fee.
